Excellent customer service, with the company emailing to check a few final details before dispatching the order. The order arrived well before expected, in time for Christmas. The item is a present for someone else so cannot yet comment on quality, sizing etc.

I was honestly suprised with the quality if these shoes. They fit perfectly and are really sturdy! Hoping to buy another pair in the future :)

These are really adorable socks and the quality of the lace is really nice and thick! However they are a bit tight around the calves .. hopefully stretching them out a bit might help! !

The material is soft to the touch and feels very high quality for the price. The cardigan holds its shape very well and looks just like the pictures. It also shipped really fast, I live in the UK and it arrived just over two weeks after ordering.

Quality is very good, my daughter is delighted with it. All came well packed and on time. Very happy with the purchase, and only regret not having added more dresses in my order, cause shipping cost plus custom fees are more expensive than the dress itself.

First off, I want to say the customer service was amazing!! I live in Canada, and they had to postpone my shipment due to the postal strike, but they messaged me and upgraded me for free for another shipment company that brought me my dress! It came so quickly and it's absolutely beautiful (sorry I dont have pictures) - for reference I got a size small and I am around 5'2, and like 47kg and it fit me perfectly! They also threw in a pair of socks~ I really loved this and highly recommend :)

I'm plus size and ordered an L. It fits very well and I could stretch the shirting quite a bit more but I don't think they accounted for a plus size chest effecting the length as it's an empire waist on me instead of what is pictured. I'm fine with this but I know people who would be annoyed.

The dress doesn't have a zipper or lacing but it does have 3 options of strap length via buttons(I used the longest) The fluff balls are crazy soft, like are we sure this isn't rabbit fur soft(tag says polyester and acrylic)? I can't quite tell if they are meant to be removable for washing or if you gotta be extra careful. It does say all over the tags to not get the dress wet or sweat on it(lol ok) so washing is probably gonna be difficult. It is very warm and soft. The print on the skirt looks good. The waist bow is super sewed on. It comes with an extra felt button and a plain one for connecting the strap.

The cape has a very simple eye and hook closure and a basic peter pan collar with a very fluffy attachable collar you can add via button in the back and carefully tieing a thick bow in the front. It's pretty warm.

Super cute. Quality so far seems good but it does seem like the type of fabric to pill easily with wear if that bothers you. I got the lavender color and it is true to the images.

For reference I'm 5'5" with a 112cm bust(36DDD)

I'm plus size and these are one of the few affordable pairs that fit me and don't hurt. The short version does ride up annoyingly but the long version is very comfortable. Of the many pairs I own the bows sometimes fall off but are easy to reattach and they hold up to repeated cleaning and stain removal pretty well.

The white ones are transparent enough I wouldn't wear them alone as shorts, but the black are pretty opaque.
