The shoes arrived in perfect condition and looked exactly as pictured in the listing, my only complain is that the heels feel somewhat unstable. When I put them on, it felt like they were shifting with the weight of my foot. I haven't worn them out or for too long yet, but I probably wouldn't recommend wearing them out for occasions that require a lot of walking. Short term they're fine, and this may only be my pair specifically anyways and may not be a consistent problem. Comfort wise- they're heels and feel like any other heels around that height. Crunching at the toe a bit but more forgiving since the toe of the shoes is more rounded than pointy.
Other than the feel of the heel's steadiness they're totally perfect!
