It just like the pictures and you can definitely feel it's well made and high quality, it both has the ribbon but also hair clips to hold it in place

this KC is sooo comfortable and cute !! it's surprisingly soft and the lace that ties around your chin isn't itchy either ! it's very fluffy, adding some balance and a cuuuute

The headdress is a lot smaller than I thought but it may be just my head… it’s really cute and I’m loving the face that it’s got alligator clips in the underside so I can tuck the ribbons under my hair. The details on the top are very nice and matches with my JSK!

The items is really good quality, the material is soft and not like plastic. Very cute and comfortable, love the color. The size was the correct. It makes me really happy. :)
The shipping was like a month but it was another continent so it's fast.
I didn't need costumer service because everything was okey, but they looked friendly.
