Cette conception rend le port vraiment confortable et ne frotte pas la taille ou les jambes.

It's fluffy, but super easy to wear, it's very breezy so you hardly feel it is there, but you can absolutely see it, it poofs up any of your longer dresses/skirts, so I highly recommend it :D It sits comfortably and is also very cute.
