This order was a gift for my granddaughter. I was shocked to find that the blouse and jacket did not come with the dress! As I reread your description, I found that you used the word "Included" and then said, "only one item". To add to that disappointment, I cannot figure out how to buy those items separately!! I am now searching for other brands for those items - trying to find a jacket has been difficult. My granddaughter was able to find a blouse. Needless to say that though she loves the dress, I will not be ordering from this company again.
We are so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the shopping experience, and did not get the jacket and blouse when purchasing the dress option. To be honest, Lolita outfit needs the whole coordinate to express the unique style, so almost for all the dresses in our store, you can see that the models are wearing the full coordinate, but actually the options only refer to one item, maybe a dress, or maybe a blouse. To avoid such misunderstanding, we usually will mark in the item description page to tell that the prince only includes one item. The 'only one item' means one option is only for one item which it states, but not for the full coordinate. If you want the full coordinate, you need to add all the options you want into shopping cart. We are so sorry for the misunderstanding and we appreciate your time to leave this honest review. We now have also added 'only' after each option to make them more clear so that other customers may not encounter such misunderstanding again. We are so sorry to hear that it's difficult for you to find a jacket. We will keep an eye on the matching jacket for you, if size 3XL restocks, then we will email you. Have a nice day. :)

I love the dress, I bought it as my mom's first dress in 4X, it fits perfectly! The straps are the perfect length and while we feared the lining could be a bit snug, it's not and it has enough room to accomodate a petticoat. It has very cute pearl details too. The fabric is heavy, warm and has a beautiful drape.
However I want to say that if you think the bottom ruffle is white, it's not. It's more of an ivory, but it looks great!
