This was exactly what I was looking for! I needed something with a more rounded top to give the right volume to a few of my current main pieces. it has a great cupcake shape to it while also being nice and cool. I'm very excited to wear this in the summer when it's too hot to wear a non hoop petticoat! Plus it adds very cute detail with the lace sticking out the bottom!

It's a 2 ring hoopskirt and it is adjustable. Ngl, I wouldn't know how to adjust it if weren't for my local lolita community's advice. I now have the option to wear a skirt in cupcake or a-line shape. Although it's too short for the dress I ordered since this one is atleast 45 cm long, i's worth it.

It was actually more voluminous than I thought it’d be!
My only concern is that the diameter at the bottom is so big, you definitely need bloomers or a small petticoat to avoid any unfortunate upskirt situations (if your dress is roughly the same length as the pannier)

This is my first time wearing a petticoat with a hoop, and I fell in love instantly. I was expecting it to be uncomfortable or stiff, but it's actually pretty flexible! Imagine the flexibility and durability of the foldable laundry hampers. And just like the foldable hampers, it's also able to be super compact for storage without worrying about flattening like hoopless petticoats. Being adjustable is of course always a bonus. It's also very beautiful on its own! I actually like the look of this petticoat more than some of my actual skirts.
You can easily sit in it. I actually think it's more comfortable to sit in than organza or tulle petticoats (but the only downside is that it will lift the skirt up if you are sitting legs straight together forward flat on the floor lol). In a chair without armrest, it isn't an issue.
But of course what I really love aside from comfort is that the volume and shape is perfect at max size for cupcake silhouette Lolita skirts. I have not tried to go for an A-line silhouette yet, but I imagine it should be able to just as well since it is adjustable. I am also sure that you could layer pettis with this very easily. Definitely recommend to wear bloomers or shorts underneath, due to the emptiness underneath and if you go full poof, you don't want to accidentally upskirt people lol.
And then another thing I love... the price. It's (as of this time) the lowest priced hoop petticoat.
I bought this in both White and Black. The first photo is showing it by itself in black, and the ones with the dresses (both dresses are a standard polyester-y material) over it are how the white one looked underneath at full poof. The fit is perfect on me. I'm 4'11" and 135 lbs, hip is 104cm and waist is 80cm. Not too tight and not loose at all.
