Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: 42Lolita offer 7 shipping methods, Eyoubao, EMS, SAL, Chinese Air, Yanwen Express, and DHL. All of them are door to door shipping.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: We only accept address change before the order is shipped. Once the package is handed over to international shipping company, the address can not be changed. Anyhow, you can still email us in this situation, and we will try to contact with shipping company to see if it can be changed. However, we do not guarantee the result and need your kind understanding.
Q: How long do you begin to process the order after my payment?
A: We will process the order within 12 hours after your payment in working days. It may take a little longer at weekends or in holidays.
Q: Does the price on 42Lolita shop include my customs fee?
A: No, it does not. We are not responsible for customs fee for any order. We will help declare a lower value when ship the parcel to help you avoid customs fee, but you need to pay it by yourself if it occurs.
Q: Can you help buy Taobao Lolita dresses which are not listed in your shop?

Q: Can you combine my orders for shipping?
A: Sorry, we don't support combine orders due to some orders operate in 2 different warehouse.
Q: Can you split my order for shipping and how much is the extra shipping fee?
A: Yes, we can split your order for shipping. If you request split shipping by yourself within order normal processing time, you need to pay a 5$ extra shipping fee. If the order is delayed via unpredictable factors on our side, then we will split shipping for you for free.
Q: Does your store have any coupons or promotions?
A: Yes, we will offer some coupons during holiday sale or during shopping seasons. Or you can also find coupons on some coupon websites, such as Wethrift, Couponupto, couponxoo, on which we always put our latest coupons.
Q: If I order an item that is for pre-order along with items that are already in stock, will everything come at once or will you ship everything individually as it is ready?
A: We will wait for all items then ship all at once by default. However, if you request to ship the in stock items first, and pre-orders later separately, then we can also do split shipping for you. You need to pay a 5$ extra shipping fee for split shipping.
Q: Can I pay on a debit card?

Q: Does the price include VAT?
A: The shipping price doesn't include VAT, you need to pay tax separately upon the parcel's arrival.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We offer free shipping for orders over $499 (without shipping cost), and you can use the coupon code "free499" at check out to enjoy free shipping. A kind reminder that our free shipping is only for airmail/SAL/Eyoubao shipping, which usually takes 25-45 days to arrive. If you want to switch to fast express like DHL or Fedex, you need to pay the difference fee between airmail / SAL / Eyoubao and DHL / Fedex.
