It's not 100% cotton according to the tag so knocking it 2 stars as there are fabrics that some consumers would like to avoid so this info should be provided.
That said, this skirt is a very cute and versatile lolita staple!
I got it as an underskirt to extend another skirt of mine to tea length but the lace and details are nice enough to be worn as a normal skirt. Would love to pick it up in a longer length/different color someday.

the quality of the skirt is AMAZING and it comes in various lengths as well which i think is great !! wearing a petticoat underneath it will make it look super cute guys i totally recommend this

I'm in love with it! The only drawback is that the ribbons diverge at the ends and therefore will have to be processed. But the quality overall is great! In the photo it still needs to be steamed to smooth out the wrinkles

This is expensive heavy high quality cotton. It is so smooth, heavy yet airy and breathable and I couldn't imagine a better skirt to go over another petticoat for extra fluff and bottom lacyness. On it's own it is not big enough. That simply doesn't matter. Go buy it.

The skirt is quite stiff, so it’s hard to achieve a nice silhouette without the fabric still crinkling, but it has a lovely design and sweet bow details.

As a petticoat, it doesn't add a lot of poof, unless you stack it on top of a more usual petti. But both the main body and the lace are high quality cotton, so it works very well as an underskirt - or as a skirt proper! I'm very happy to have ordered this item (two of them!) and I think I might even order another one in a different length. My only pet peeve is I haven't yet learnt how to tie the ribbons into a bow without them coming undone, but that's not a problem with the skirt itself.
Shipping and customer service were top notch as I've come to expect from this shop!
