sizing was completely off despite following the chart. definitely not ACTUALLY plus size friendly

This dress is wonderful quality for the price. I love the details and all of the cute little detachable pieces! It holds quite a bit of petticoat and falls at a perfectly elegant length on me at 5’4”. My one and only complaint is that like my other OP from Niu Niu, this one is also slightly tight in the arms but not restrictively so.
