Very nice for the price, i bought it in black.The volume it gives is medium, and it is a nice A line. The construction seems fairly good, with the seams being aligned well, and the inner lining being long enough to keep it away from your skin. The lining is a comfy polyester, and the waistband is sturdy enough. It has three layers, two of the petticoat material and then the lining. Overall definitely worth the price.

Soft fabric, very fun to feel while wearing imo. I wore a heavier over skirt over this petticoat and it still gave me good floof!
