For the customs fee, yes, we did state that it needs to be paid by customers themselves in our FAQ page here, https://42lolita.com/pages/42lolita-faq, and also mentioned this on each item page below the 'Size & Fit' part. Please have a check. We see that you paid DHL shipping for your order, and the DHLfee is the highest among all shipping because it's the fastest and safest shipping method and we appreciate your kind understanding. The reason why your whole order takes 3-4 weeks to arrive at you is that they usually needs 5-7 business days to process, then ship to you, as we do not stock all the items because there are over 3000pcs of Lolita clothing in our store. We checked your order was placed on Nov.11th, and we shipped on Nov.21th, and the DHL parcel arrived at your local customs office on Nov.23rd, and delayed a little due to customs clearance issue, then finally delivered on Nov.28th. The total processing time and shipping time is within normal processing estimate. We are sorry that you do not have a happy shopping experience with us, and we are willing to share 12usd customs fee with you, is it OK?
