🛍️ ORDERING & ACCOUNT

No, guest checkout is available. However, we strongly recommend creating an account so you can conveniently track your order status and view your order history.

It depends on the type of change requested.

• Adding items: Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. If you would like to purchase additional items, please place a new order.

• Changing the shipping address: In most cases, you can change your shipping address as long as your order has not been shipped. However, for orders paid via PayPal, we can only ship to the address verified by PayPal for security reasons. In this case, the shipping address cannot be changed after payment.

• Canceling a duplicate order: Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide both order numbers.

We strongly recommend reviewing your order details and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

💳 PAYMENT & PRICING

Product prices do not include VAT.

For some destinations where VAT applies, VAT is included when shipping via Yanwen Express. Other shipping methods do not include VAT, and taxes may be charged upon delivery.

42Lolita offers payment methods as follows: PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Master, JCB, American Express, Maestro, Unionpay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Yes. By default, all items in an order will be shipped together, including orders that contain both pre-order and in-stock items.

If you would like your items to be shipped separately, please contact us by email. A $5 split-shipment service fee will apply.

However, if the split shipment is required due to a delay on our end, we will arrange it at no additional cost.

It depends on the request.

• Changing the shipping method: Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. Please note that an additional shipping fee difference may apply.

• Combining multiple orders: Sorry, we are unable to combine multiple orders into one shipment due to warehouse distribution constraints.

Yes, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can also log in to your account to check the order status.

Some carriers experience delays in updates. If it’s been over 7 days without movement, please contact us, and we’ll investigate.

No action is required from you.

  • "Security Check Return" does not mean your package has been sent back. It only indicates a temporary delay due to flight scheduling – a normal part of international shipping while the parcel is still in China.
  • The exception notification email was triggered automatically by a system error (misinterpreting certain keywords). Please disregard it.
  • If any issue occurs while your package is still within China, our customer service team will handle it directly. You do not need to contact anyone or take any steps.

Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a solution — refund, replacement, or exchange.

Yes. All orders automatically include free shipping protection at no extra cost, covering package loss, damage, and delivery delays.

While most packages are delivered on time, external factors may cause delays. If your package has been in international transit for more than 35 business days after official dispatch, don't hesitate to get in touch with us via email, and we will assist you with following up on the matter.

Yes, 42Lolita only sells authentic Lolita and Ouji fashion clothing. If you find any replica Lolita dresses listed in our store accidentally, please report to us, and we will take them down right away. We respect original design and aim to build 42Lolita, a Lolita fashion store where you can always purchase with complete peace of mind.

Each product page clearly labels whether it's a pre-order or in stock. Pre-order items typically require longer processing times. Please view the "Processing Time" section on each product page for detailed processing time, or feel free to email us for any concerns.

Our products follow Chinese sizing standards, which may run smaller than US or EU sizes. Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page before placing an order.

There may be a lag between our inventory system updates and what is shown on the storefront. You may either add the out-of-stock item to your wishlist on its product page, or select your preferred unavailable product and click the NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE button on the sidebar.
