Pretty on its own, or as an underskirt

I have this skirt in red, which is a brick/ more primary red in person. I am impressed with it's construction, all the seams are well aligned, and the elastic waist seems sturdy.
The ruched fabric at the bottom has a bit of shimmer to it, and it reaches my ankles. Overall a worthwhile product!
