I ordered with an expected delivery of mid March, only to have it delivered the end of April. The customer service throughout the delays was subpar and offered no compensation for the failure on their part. And when I finally received the dress while it was depicted as being a soft yellow it's actually a deep mustard. Due to the months of hassle I'm keeping the dress as it is well constructed.

As you mentioned, this dress is custom-made, and the intricate craftsmanship does take time to ensure the highest quality. We do state on our page that it can take up to three months to process.

Comfortable, quality not the best

Pros: Fits me well and true to sizing. I went with an XS even though I was worried the waist would be too snug but because it’s an empire waist dress, the bust measurement is most important. I like how it was a little loose.

Cons: I got the yellow and the color is more of a mustard gold. It is much more dull. The zipper gets stuck halfway so the enclosure is not the best quality and may break overtime. It comes with a choker necklace but I noticed the elastic was twisted. Not sure if on purpose or a sewing error.
