This was my first time buying Lolita fashion, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I was a bit nervous about receiving my jumper skirt in time since I wanted it for an event, but the customer service was absolutely amazing. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind, making me feel like they truly cared about my order. They even worked with me to make sure everything went smoothly, and to my surprise, I ended up receiving my jumper skirt much earlier than expected!
For anyone new to buying Lolita fashion, I’d like to note that it’s important to consider not only the shipping time but also the processing time, as these items are handmade and take time to create. That said, the wait was worth it. My jumper skirt is adorable and I got lots of compliments! I thank 42Lolita for a wonderful experience!
The only reason I give a 4 and not a 5 star is because while everything else about the jumper seems like it's great quality, I think the zipper could be better.

It was already beautiful in pictures, but the quality and details literally blew my mind. I was a little skeptical about the waist-bust proportions while choosing the size (very small difference between the two) and indeed, I think it's better to go by the bust proportions - waist can be easily adjusted.
Also thanks to the staff for helping me choose the petticoat!
