The shoes are beautiful and very comfortable. They are wide and have a lot of space for toes, in terms of width, therefore my feet don't feel cramped inside. I'm size 37/38, ordered 38 and the shoes fit perfectly, if I ordered 37, they would be small.

So I ordered my hair clips and shoes, but I ordered the shoes in the wrong size. The customer service people were really helpful. I didn't at all understand European size charts, they were pretty patients in helping me get the correct shoe size.
As to the quality of the items, I absolutely love them. The hand work of the shoes is marvelous, and it's got padded souls in it too; honestly didn't expect that.
The hair clips are exactly what I expected, pretty great.
