Very good quality and very pretty, wish sleeve circumference was listed

First of all: This is the prettiest blouse I own! It was very eye catching the first time I saw it and I don't regret buying it now. It's beautiful and the quality is amazing, it's evident that much care was put into this piece. The pattern of the lace even matches on the seams which I didn't expect (often, the pattern will be cut off at the seam and the ends will not match) but really appreciate! The sleeves also have precisely the shape as shown in the pictures which is very nice.

One caveat is that only the waistband is stretchy— the collar and the sleeves are not. This is something you'll have to consider when buying. On size 1, the circumference of the small part of the sleeves that sits at your forearm is about 26 cm (~10.2 in) and that would've been nice to know when buying. It would've been nice to know where exactly this part sits as well instead of only the overall sleeve length. It would also be nice to know if the sleeve circumference would be different on the size 2.
That being said, I still consider this blouse to be really beautiful and luckily it does fit me the way I expected it to! I just wished the sleeves and the collar were stretchy so they'd be more comfortable.
