Item came damaged and did not fit

I got the black butterfly tights in the mail, when taking them out one of the butterfly decorations fell off and the glue used on it did not feel fully dry. I tried to put on the tights but found it difficult because the tights did not have enough material for my legs, so I could not pull them all the way up into a comfortable manner. The material also felt very thin compared to other tights I've bought from this website, and not as stretchy.
