The button popped off, theres a button at the too different from the rest where you press it into a hole to clip the shirt shut, i feel like the entire shirt should have had this specific type of button, the other buttons have a ball shaped button but the string came off,

The sleeves were wayyy bigger than I thought they would be but honestly, that’s the best part. The material is kinda heavy so I think this is a winter/cold weather kinda deal but it’s great! 10/10

It's a super cool blouse to tuck into a long skirt or some flowy pants! The material has nice weight to it and the sleeves are fun to move around. The top has a clasp button which also helps the blouse stay flat on my chest.

I was suspicious since it's coming from china and there are so many scam sites, but the quality was amazing. Nothing felt cheap. The fabric was very thick. The metal button on the neck and hook and eye pieces on the sleeves were very detailed and made of hard metal. The stitching looked solid and clean from a quick scan.
It's a really cute shirt and could easily even go well with dress clothes at a corporate job. I thought it was going to be some kind of velvet from the pictures but it's just a regular smooth fabric but the density of it is very thick. Great for winter! The sleeves are kimono style which was hard to tell from the picture but they are super cute when you have it on, and it gives a lot of great movement when you spin or catch the wind.
The only thing is the white plastic tag around the front seemed to leave some kind of smear on the fabric. I got most of it off by rubbing the fabric against itself, and the rest will probably come out in the wash. They may want to reconsider using that tag.
I did not have any interactions with customer service. It all went smoothly for me. I am roughly 46in(117cm) around the chest, 198lbs(89.81kg) and the XL just barely fit me with the chest being a little tight but if you wear an undershirt you should be fine. The neck(about 14in(35.5cm)) was just loose enough for me.
Lastly, keep an eye on the shipping when you add things to your cart because it often adds more shipping for more items and it's crazy expensive for some of them. I was gonna add more items to this order thinking the shipping would be all one price but nope, added more for every single item even $10 for a little ring. So make sure you really want it! haha.

First time in general i buy Ouji style clothes and got recommended certain brands so decided bit blindly to be honest! BUT I did not expect that level of quality, comfort, production.
The blouses sit perfectly sized perfectly (ordered an S as that is generally my size).
The delivery - the package arrived in an impeccable state, the clothes were neatly folded.
Nothing bad to say and i’ll be waiting for my second order to arrive surely to come back for more!!
