I am happy with what I have recieved. Quality is good, and sizing is aligned to description. As a larger man (5’10, 190lbs) this is fitted, as desired. That said, the website is not clear on what items are preorder and what is not - and they do not do multiple shipments. My order was delayed multiple months - only one item was labeled presale in the order confirmation, but was not on the item listing (which is normally visible when searching items). When I asked to cancel that item, to ship the others, suddenly the other items were also presale. The outfit did not arrive in time for the convention, or other events I had planned. Plan ahead, three months minimum for your needs, and anticipate poor communication and that they will try to reduce their costs at your expense. If you do that, setting the bar low, you will have an experience that meets needs while getting a good product. Other websites did not have such delays from the same manufacturer, same product but different colorways.

Stunning quality, blouse is made of a thick heavy material similar to a blazer. Will definitely be ordering again from here, very happy that I didn't have to pay extra for customs when it arrived ♡ A little bit see through but that's inevitable with white shirts

I ordered this item based on the measurements that were outlined on the website to fit my daughter's measurements. Once she actually tried them on, she was swimming in them. The sleeves are also extremely long and puffy, dropping down to her knees. She looked like a clown - nothing like the picture. Very poorly made measurement-wise. Waste of money for me.

Our size chart is manually measured and usually has a 2-3cm margin of difference. However, as everyone has different body shapes and sizes, it is possible that the chosen size may not be the best fit. We suggest sending us specific body measurements for your daughter next time so that we can confirm with the brand which size would be most suitable. Shipping time was pretty long this time, but it got shipped around the new year period so I'd say it was expected. I ordered the shorts and they are gorgeous! Great quality, allows for a big range of movement and my size (XXL) fit really well. I'm very happy with this one.

The order is perfect but the shipping time isn't really...
