I ordered a size M dress and it was 16 centimeters smaller than it should have been, compared to given measurements on the webpage. The company don't admit their mistakes and they didn't even change the information on their website, so they keep selling the oversmall dresses. Unfortunately, the tape measurements don't lie, even when this company does. They claim on their website, that they make up for all their mistakes but don't believe that. First I needed to wait an answer for a week, and then their answer was that I get 15$ back and a lousy 8$ discount. I can't even resell the dress for a full price because there were some minor flaws in the dress. And with all the shipping costs and taxes the total cost of the dress was almost 100$. It seems like this company's strategy is sell a cheap fashion with high prices and with poor customer rights. After all, I think I save more when I invest my money on the expensive dresses and I recommend that to everyone else.

It's just a misunderstanding that we did not believe you, but the reason we are not able to change the size chart on our site is that the size chart information is from the brand, and we are only a Lolita reseller, but not the dress designer or factory who makes the dress. You can see that they are the same. Now we are not able to change the size chart as the brand still says that their size chart has no problem, which is annoying. However, we completely believe you so we have added a tip on the page to kindly suggest customers to size up. Our business model is like this: We cooperate with the Lolita indie brands and put their dresses in our store, including all the dresses photos and size chart information. Then after you place the order, we purchase the dress according to the size and color you want then ship to you. When we receive the dress, we do quality checking, which includes checking color, size, item defects. However, we do not measure the detailed size of each part for each dress, as all the dresses actually have 3-5cm size difference. When we received this dress, we did checked it's size M which you can also find it on the dress label. We will refund you 15$ as well as 8$ coupon to make up for your loss. You can also send it back, but the shipping fee and customs fee may be very high, so we think it's better to resell it locally. We are terribly sorry for this and appreciate your kind understanding.
Everything was there. I wanted something of a good quality and even still I was surprised by how great it was. The delivery was fast, and even when encountering a slight issue with confirming my address and a late response on my part, the service was efficient and responsive. Great service, would recommend!
