I think the print of this skirt is absolutely stunning and from a distance it really looks like painted canvas. The thick brush strokes of the painting are digitally enhanced - which looks a little artificial and pixelated up close, but it's an impressionist painting, it's obviously going to look best from afar.
The skirt comes with a clip-on bow, two straps that tie together to form a belt, and a necktie. The necktie attaches with buttons, so if you don't buy the corresponding shirt, you'll have to attach it with safety pins (I've included a photo showing how I've done this).
The skirt zips up the side and has good stretch in the back. Above the zip, there's a little metal clip to keep it extra secure.
Overall, an excellent skirt. I can see why some people might not like the oil painting effect on the print - but I think it looks marvellous.

Beautiful piece I can’t wait to wear! It’s very high quality and full of charm. Had a snag with shipping as I wasn’t aware I’d have to sign for the package and the emails from 42 saying it might go back because of an unspecified delivery error weren’t nice to see

I got the XXL skirt and my waist is a 86cm (the size said 84-92), I expected it fitted perfectly because and then the elastic would have worked for a, let's say, 90cm, but it was a bit larger normally. Not much of a problem because I can make it fit, but I expected a bit more elastic skirt.
Everything else is perfect tho!!!
