I'm a little shocked about how negative the other review on this item is but I will say, if you're not familiar with Tencell and the silky texture of it, it might throw you a little. This fabric is like an extremely lightweight cotton sateen almost--there will be a little bit of a slickness to it but I don't personally find this objectionable.
I live in Florida where it is hot and humid and nasty a lot of the time and this top has been an absolute life safer for me. It pairs well worn under a dress or over as a light weight shoulder covering. I've really enjoyed the versatility of this piece. It doesn't trap sweat, it doesn't cling tightly to the skin so its more comfortable to wear when its warm and its very cute! If you're looking for a piece that can walk the line of casual to dressed up and want something to cover your shoulders when its hot out, this is an excellent piece.
