This wig is exactly what I was looking for. I messed up my address and the customer service team got back to me immediately the next morning and changed it with no fuss. It comes with a hair net and a gift (mine was a pair of sheer socks)! My only complaint is that the cap of the wig is extremely thin and you can see straight through it (i stuck my fingers through the gaps several times accidentally just by handling it). Otherwise it is very cute and comfortable :)
