Nice dress, not the type of fabric I expected

The cut is exactly as expected and pretty. Often on sizing guides they recommend getting a biggers size and so I did. (A smaller size would have been stretched anyway). This wouldn't be a problem if the fabric wasn't so much like nylon/Lycra. Unfortunately it doesn't fit me properly, the sheering doesn't tie up properly so I can't wear it without the back of the dress folding inwards.
Fabric isn't breathable which isn't a big deal if you live in a cold climate, but as I live in a tropical region it makes it put aside for winterwear. I ordered the grey/blue stripes version, I was surprised to see the fabric had red lines in it as well which weren't so visible on the images.
The fabric's colour is still pleasant and I would wear it. Arguably most of the problems I've described could have been prevented (ie sizing is my fault, colouring in images brightening images with filters is common place for a lot of these type brands), but the fabric quality is definitely not worth it and not something you can 100% check when online shopping in general.
