Lovely necklace but packing could have been better

The necklace itself is gorgeous, the mushroom pendant’s adorable and looks so realistic. But, the packaging and shipping could have been better, this arrived to me balled up in a small plastic baggie and it took me so long to safely de-tangle all the knots that ended up in the chain.
