Item came damaged and did not fit

I got the black butterfly tights in the mail, when taking them out one of the butterfly decorations fell off and the glue used on it did not feel fully dry. I tried to put on the tights but found it difficult because the tights did not have enough material for my legs, so I could not pull them all the way up into a comfortable manner. The material also felt very thin compared to other tights I've bought from this website, and not as stretchy.

For the butterfly decoration that fell off, you can try using a small amount of fabric glue to reattach it. We’ll also work on improving our quality control to prevent this from happening in the future.
