One of my favourite hats.

The customer service was absolutely perfect, I had originally ordered a bow but they had sold out. I was informed and found this item to switch it out with, it was so easy and I must admit I’m happy I got this hat instead!
The details on the heart pendant/decoration is immaculate and the star of the show, I’m obsessed.
