This is for sure the product from which I am very satisfied! I'm 170cm and M fit me very well! The material is strong and nice in touch. The color is exact as it is on the photos. The small decorations such as bows and small shiny beads are beautiful.

My first time purchasing from this site and I've been AMAZED!! Discovered this site thanks to r/lolita and i have 0 regrets.
• The shipping was comunicative and super fast since it was only one item, i had no problems with it and it was really well packaged. The only downside is that it's pricey and you may have to split the package if you want an option that has the customs included, specially with big packages, so that can put you off while shopping on this site or prevent shopping as much as you'd like to. But I was aware of the shipping costs so that was no surprise.
• The customer service is inmaculate, even if you reading comprehension is terrible like mine and you end up asking the same question 3 times ahaha they always answer you the next day with all detail, without fail!!
• The quality of the hat is really really good and nothing was damaged during shipping - it appears durable, well put and really elegant. The ears fold into any position you want to!! Its a bit big for me since I have a small head but some braids and a lot of clips to put it in place will do.
I even recieved a free gift!! :> really excited to recieve the rest of the outfit, i will definetly purchase again when i can
