It’s cute and fits well. The only issue I had was that it was hard to tie the ribbons on the sleeve, but that’s not an actual issue with the quality. It’s a bit hard to wear off-shoulder, but if you pin the blouse to your JSK it keeps it from sliding back up.

The blouse’s neckline is very stretchy & elastic. You can also adjust the ribbons on the arms. Material also feels very nice & looks exactly like the photos~

Very elegant and comfortable! Looks good on and off the shoulder, though I find it a bit tight when off the shoulder. It is somewhat sheer so best under a jsk but not completely sheer in the black.
