Overall, I really like these bloomers. The cotton is breathable and doesn't have a weird plastic smell. There are a few loose strings, but it doesn't seem like a huge issue. I would recommend going a size up if possible. I'm a US medium and a Chinese large-xl, so I probably should have gone for the large instead of the medium. They are definitely true to the measurements listed, but the waist elastic is pretty strong, so it's a little tighter than I would have liked, but still wearable. My thighs are 22 in or 56 cm where the elastic in the legs hit and they aren't tight, but they do ride up, so be aware of that as well.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the fabric and workmanship ! They are soooo adorable !!
As the other reviews said though, they are a bit snug: I have a 98cm waist/123cm hips, which is pretty close to the higher end of the measurements of the size I chose (L), so I should have expected it. They definitely fit pretty comfortably on my body, but they're not poofy (which makes sense; if you are on the smaller end of the measurements, they will fit great and poofy)
That's okay though, as I just use them for modesty under my skirt! The waistband is still very confortable (it does not dig in) and the construction is very well made !!

I found these bloomers to be a lot more fitted than I had wanted, but that doesnt mean these arent really well made bloomers, and they also have a really really stretchy waistband that doesnt dig in! they’re gonna be perfect for wearing under shorter dresses, thank you!

Great affordable basic item to have in one's wardrobe. I'm midsize and these fit comfortably around my waist with a lot of stretch still left to spare. Only issue was that they did ride up my thighs a bit but, that's just some nitpicking.
