💰 Shipping Cost
The shipping fee depends on the delivery method you choose and the total weight of the items in your order.
- Our product prices do not include VAT or customs duties.
- For most European countries and the United States, if you choose Yanwen Express or Cainiao as the shipping method, the shipping fee already includes VAT or customs duties.
- Orders shipped by other methods (for any region) may require you to pay VAT and/or customs duties upon delivery.
- If your local customs office requests an invoice or proof of payment, please contact us — we’ll be happy to provide the necessary documents.
- Before Shipping: If your item has arrived at our warehouse within the last 15 days and has not yet been shipped, you may request a refund. A handling fee of $10 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.
- After Delivery: You may return your order within 7 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Return shipping and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Non-Returnable Items: Pre-order, made-to-order, and custom-sized items that have already been confirmed with our brand partners (typically within 24 hours after your payment) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Wrong or Damaged Items: We can resend the correct item or issue a refund (excluding shipping fees).
