The skirt is technically nice. The fabric is heavy (good for a strong wind) so I think it will keep the warmth in autunm.
The zipper is a PAIN to close. ( T - T ) It gets stuck right where the skirt attaches to the corset, as a bump is formed. I only was able to close it because there were two of us and not on the first try. (The zipper sticks even when off and when on it gets almost completely stuck.)
Also, I feel a bit tight, I guess due to the stretch fabric, so it may be uncomfortable to wear for extended periods. Maybe sizing up would prevent this ? (my waist = 67 so i took the size S)
On the pictures the fabric seems soft, but actualy it's boiled or brushed wool. I then guess that it will act as a lint magnet with time. (Since I am unable to wear it I can't confirm it.)
I would not have buy that skirt if I knew the fabric was not smooth.
Even tho the structure of the skirt is still lovely, there are big pockets and the weigth is great. It didn't live up to my expectations. I am deducting two stars for the reasons mentioned above.
