The Dress was alright but very thin. Plus the customer service is very slow. Didn't inform about the customs fees. Shipping was too expensive, despite that had to pay an ridiculous amount of customs fees at my door or I couldn't get the package. No card payment, made you look like an idiot because one would think the price of the shipping has included all the necessary costs. Well it certainly did not. As mentioned before, pure scamm and bad service.

On every product page, you'll find a 'CUSTOMS FEE' button in the middle section which, when clicked, provides detailed information that customs fees are the customer's responsibility. Furthermore, our FAQ, Refund Policy, and checkout page all clearly state that customs fees are not included in the shipping cost.
