The fabric quality is definitely cheaper with a rougher texture, and it looks better with the detachable collar, since without it the back is left with no white fabric. It really is meant for Halloween.
The buttons on the cuff are also a bit hard to get through. The lace details are very nice and sturdy with no fraying. But definitely wouldn’t say it’s meant for a high quality Lolita look. Still overall it does look at pictured and you get exactly what’s said.

The fabric is a nice material that doesn't feel too costume-y. The detachable collar is thick and good quality. My main complaint is that the OP runs small overall. The cuffs are stiff, and therefore I will have to button them every time I put the dress on, and unbutton them every time I take the dress off. The bodice is quite short, and most likely would not fit comfortably on anyone with a bust over 95cm. With these in mind though, it is a cute dress.
