The shoes arrived within the specified timeline (preorder ready at the end of August and shipped within 10-15 days) and look and fit lovely. The shoes are round-toe and perfect for my wide feet and do not slip with tights. Customer service updated how long the preorder would take shortly after I submitted the order and provided a tracking number. Overall, I'm very pleased with these shoes.
