The petticoat is big and floofy, which creates a lot of volume, however can be scratchy without leggings or stockings underneath. It is also very difficult to sit in, and very much a sometimes piece.
I like that it has a drawstring, allowing you to adjust for different wear cases; sometimes I wear my petticoats lower to show them off a bit while other times I pull the higher to have them just act as weight which this one can do without the flowers.
The flower attachments do need to align with the seam else they will not fit. It is painful to put them all on, but once on it is definitely worth it for the look.
