I was a bit worried about the hat not fitting, but there is an adjustable strap on the inside! Shipping was a bit of a catastrophe, but customer service solved everything quickly! Got tons of compliments on it. All in all, a wonderful purchase :3

The design and general shape of this hat are exactly what I was looking for. It's so cute, and goes perfectly with more casual Lolita outfits as well! The fabric is thick and soft, and the ribbon has wire inside to place it however you like, so it's easy to just put the ribbon down for a more casual look. Overall really happy, though part of it is definitely that this is just THE kind of hat I like.
