nice dress overall and awesome customer service but the pearl button literally fell off after my second time wearing it😭

We understand that it’s a bit disappointing, but the good news is that it’s something you can easily fix. If you feel comfortable doing so, you can sew it back on. It shouldn’t affect the wearability of the dress at all.

It's very cute, but it has a lot of loose threads; it's not very well finished.

This falls short of the quality we aim for, and we will definitely discuss this with our brand partner to improve the finishing process. The shirring on the back allows for a LOT of stretch, which is nice. The material is better than expected and quite soft, and the print is even cuter in person. I'm stoked stoked to wear this out 💖 thank you!

Decided this should be my first Lolita dress as I wasn't sure about sizing and it looked really cute in the pictures.

Fits good and one of my first light colored jsk but beware for lose threads they are everywhere.
