Very lovely skirt, custom sizing makes it very accessible for all sizes. Please note to be very careful with washing it as the coloured skirt can colour run onto the white/beige frills, making them more on the pink side (oops). The zipper is stiff and difficult to pull but there's ribbons you can use to tighten the skirt around your waist, so it's no problem. Despite the custom sizing providing my height, it runs a bit tall for me though, and the top of the skirt has to be pulled as high as right under my bust, otherwise the lace starts touching the floor. May have to take it to the dressmaker's to get adjusted! Probably an unfortunate side effect of the clothes being far prettier than the wearer.
Shipping was very quick, it only took 8 days according to the email timestamps from when it was sent out, to arrive. That's extremely fast for intl! Nothing was damaged and the products were all well packaged to ensure that.
Customer service was top notch and very fast, with updates on the estimated timeframes (which were all fulfilled well within with weeks to spare).

I love this skirt!!! It’s gorgeous and perfect for winter. It has the cutest details in the buttons and in the lacing! I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get this at first because I was afraid it would make me look clunky but you can tighten the waist and the way it puffs out at the hips makes it look super cute! The skirt feels super sturdy and the quality overall is really good! (I have a 27 in waist and I got a medium! This fit me snugly)
