The quality is very nice and not scratchy to the skin and the waistband isn’t tight or uncomfortable at all. I wore this with one of my a-line dresses that felt a bit too flat and gave the perfect amount of fluff compared to some of my bigger volume petticoats. The photo is of me wearing the dress with the petticoat underneath, before wearing it it looked very flat and rectangular.
