At 42Lolita, different types of items have different preparation times before shipment:

In-Stock Items (Clothing & Shoes)

Processing Time: 7–10 business days. These are items we source from our suppliers after your order. We prepare and ship them once received and inspected.

🧵 Made-to-Order Shoes & Custom-Sized Dresses

Estimated Time: 1-2 months. These items are handmade or tailored to your measurements. Production time varies by our brand partners and complexity.

📦 Pre-Order Items (Brand New Releases)

Estimated Time: Several weeks to a few months. Timing depends on the brand’s release schedule and production progress. If we receive any updates or delays from the brand, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

⏳ Please note that mixed orders containing in-stock and made-to-order items will be shipped together unless you request split shipping.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. You can also track your package anytime via our Order Tracking Page or using the shipping company’s website.

  • Most packages are not taxed, but if you choose Yanwen Shipping to the US or EU, customs duties are already included in the shipping fee. Please check the shipping options at checkout for clear “Duties Included” notes.
  • These fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • If you refuse delivery due to customs issues, shipping fees are non-refundable.
