Discontinuation of Online Message Service at 42Lolita

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that starting from June 20, 2024, we will no longer be offering our online messaging service at 42Lolita. This decision comes as we aim to streamline our customer communication processes.

Due to the time zone differences between our company office in China and our customers primarily located in the Americas, Europe, and other global regions, we have encountered challenges in providing timely responses to your online messages. This often results in delayed replies, prompting some customers to send multiple emails seeking immediate feedback. Additionally, with messages and emails distributed among different team members daily, there is occasional duplication in handling customer inquiries, which reduces the customer experience.

To ensure a more efficient and consistent customer service experience, we will be consolidating all communication through email. Rest assured, our commitment to responding promptly remains unchanged. All emails received on business days will be addressed within 24 hours. During weekends or holidays, there may be slight delays, but we will strive to respond at our earliest opportunity.
