To ensure we can sustainably deliver the high-quality products and service you deserve, we have made the difficult decision to adjust our prices by approximately 6%, effective January 29, 2026.
This decision was not made lightly. Over the past year, we have absorbed significant increases in operating costs to maintain our service standards, including:
1. Higher Cross-Border Costs:
In early 2025, the sudden changes in U.S. tariff policies placed tremendous pressure and financial loss on us. As is well known, most Lolita fashion garments are made to order. The majority of our orders are produced after purchase and then shipped accordingly. As a result, many orders were placed before the tariff policy took effect, when small parcels shipped to the United States were still exempt from duties.
To face this policy change together with our customers and share the burden of tariffs, throughout 2025, we continued to cover or partially subsidize tariff costs for many customers. The total amount we absorbed exceeded RMB 230,000.
2. Our Commitment to Customer Care:
We stand by our “customer-first” promise. Even when third-party insurance did not cover certain situations, such as lost packages or minor imperfections, we often resolved issues at our own expense to ensure your satisfaction.
3. Investing in Our Service Team:
To provide responsive and professional support throughout the design, ordering, and after-sales process, we maintain a dedicated team. This allows us to respond quickly to your needs, but also represents a meaningful investment in your experience.
Despite our efforts to manage these costs internally, a modest price adjustment is now necessary to continue offering the same level of care, quality, and personal attention you expect from us.
