Fabric specifications for every item are posted on its product page. Look over the product description’s Fabric field or the standalone Material & Care block to check relevant details. Every garment we sell is certified genuine Ouji clothing.

• In-stock items: Orders will be dispatched within 7–10 working days (excluding weekends and official holidays) once payment is confirmed.
• Pre-order items: Production kicks off upon your order placement or the scheduled pre-order cutoff date; the listed production lead time is shown on product pages. We arrange shipment promptly once manufacturing finishes within the marked period.

Please note: Extra international shipping time is needed for packages to arrive after dispatch.

✈️ International transit time (after dispatch - estimates only):

• DHL: 3–7 business days
• EMS: 5–25 business days
• Yanwen PL / Cainiao: 10–20 business days
• Eyoubao / Airmail: 15–35 business days

Please note: These are reference estimates only. Actual transit time varies significantly by destination country, customs processing speed, and local delivery conditions. We provide full tracking support to guarantee successful delivery.

💰 Shipping Cost Shipping rates are determined by your selected delivery option and total parcel weight; final shipping cost is automatically displayed at checkout.

• Product prices displayed on our site exclude import VAT and customs duties by default. Please check your local customs regulations for details.
• For most destinations in the US and EU: When you choose Yanwen Express, VAT and duty costs are fully covered within the shipping fees (exceptions apply for certain countries).
• For all other shipping methods and countries, separate VAT or customs fees may apply and are payable upon delivery, at the buyer's expense.
• These charges are typically calculated based on the declared value of the goods. If customs requests an invoice or payment voucher, please contact us — we will supply the required paperwork promptly.

• Before Shipping: If your item has arrived at our warehouse within the last 15 days and has not yet been shipped, you may request a refund. A handling fee of $10 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.
• After Delivery: You may return your order within 7 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Return shipping and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• Non-Returnable Items: Pre-order, made-to-order, and custom-sized items that have already been confirmed with our brand partners (typically within 24 hours after your payment) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Wrong or Damaged Items: We can resend the correct item or issue a refund (excluding shipping fees).
