• Each product page lists the materials used. You can find this information under “Fabric” in the Description section, or in the “Material & Care” section.
• We also guarantee that all items are authentic Lolita and Ouji fashion.

• Yes. Some items are available for pre-order, which means they will take longer to process. Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product image (e.g., “PRE ORDER / 30 DAYS”) in the collection view.
• You can also find the estimated processing time in the “Processing Time” section on each product page. If you’re interested in made-to-order options or need more details, feel free to email our customer service team.

📦 Processing Time

• Ready to Ship (In Stock) Items: Ships within 48 hours
• Standard Items: Ships within 7–10 business days
• Pre-Order Items: Usually takes 10+ business days or longer — please check the product page for the exact estimate.
  

✈️ International Shipping Time

• DHL: 3–7 business days
• EMS: 5–25 business days
• Yanwen PL / Cainiao: 10–20 business days
• Eyoubao / Airmail:15–35 business days

💰 Shipping Cost

The shipping fee depends on the delivery method you choose and the total weight of the items in your order.

• Our product prices do not include VAT or customs duties.
• For most European countries and the United States, if you choose Yanwen Express or Cainiao as the shipping method, the shipping fee already includes VAT or customs duties.
• Orders shipped by other methods (for any region) may require you to pay VAT and/or customs duties upon delivery.
• If your local customs office requests an invoice or proof of payment, please contact us — we’ll be happy to provide the necessary documents.

• Before Shipping: If your item has arrived at our warehouse within the last 15 days and has not yet been shipped, you may request a refund. A handling fee of $10 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.
• After Delivery: You may return your order within 7 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Return shipping and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• Non-Returnable Items: Pre-order, made-to-order, and custom-sized items that have already been confirmed with our brand partners (typically within 24 hours after your payment) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Wrong or Damaged Items: We can resend the correct item or issue a refund (excluding shipping fees).
• We recommend purchasing Worry-Free Purchase insurance to cover loss or damage during transit.
