I purchased the JSK/bolero - I was so pleased with them! The dress is an absolute dream, with so many ruffles and details and ribbons! The bolero matches with it quite well, but when I paired the JSK with a princess-sleeve blouse it makes for a gorgeous coord of my dreams. Shipping took a while due to some issues with the rest of my order, but 42Lolita was quick to respond and contact me about my order, and I will gladly order from here again! One thing to note is that the bolero and dress come with little silver chains, ribbons, and bows that must be attached to the dress to complete the full look as seen in the photos - but it's a quick, simple task. I am extremely happy to complete my first coord thanks to this lovely, affordable outfit and am grateful for the customer service from 42Lolita <3

This dress had glowing reviews and I’d love to stick to that. This dress was just like the picture! I’ve bought the whole set with the petticoat, bolero, and the dress, so I’m waiting for the bolero and petticoat to be shipped off to me. The dress came in a few separate pieces however, the bows are attached by hand by a pin, but I plan to sew them on myself to fit the dress better without worry of them falling off. You also have to lace the ribbon into the dress yourself, but the task is easy and simple. Over all it just takes a few minutes of your time to assemble the dress, but it’s gorgeous otherwise. I bought my usual size, but I will say despite having a smaller bust, it was still quite a bit tight. I’m 5’1 and I kinda couldn’t believe how tight it was. I recommend sizing up to L for a comfortable fit if you can’t stand to be squeezed in the slightest. The dress is also a little bit shorter than in the picture, but that might just be because it’s without the petticoat for now.

I got this jsk for my first coord, I absolutely love it! Got this in an M size. Shipping was okay but it took a little bit longer than expect it (probably because I ordered it on a busy time). When you receive it, the bows and ribbons (2 short, 1 long) come in a separate bag and you have to assemble it. You have to pin the bows and sometimes its flimsy and just flips downward, showing the pins- its probably much better to sew it in place if you don’t like the flimsiness of the bows. In terms of fit, it was a little tight around the bust and upper waist area, but it wasn’t too bad. I wish it had zippers on the side, as removing the dress was a hassle and it almost felt like i would rip it trying to take it off. But overall, I am really happy with this as my first dress!

The dress and bolero were amazing quality especially for the price!! customer service is veryy good, and the shipping was incredibly fast compared to others!! this was my first ever coord and i'm excited to get more items from here!! :) (note that you do have to put together some things like lacing the ribbons and clipping on the bows, but it all comes with the dress and it's very simple! takes like 10-15 minutes max!! also note that the bows do look a little flimsy when clipped, so i recommend sewing them on or not even adding all four if it bothers you. me personally i added one at the top and used the other three for my head-dress!! :3)

The dress itself is beautiful, the issues come from the accessories. You are given a bag with 3 ribbons (2 short 1 long), the short ones are for the waist ties and the longest I'm not sure what it's for (possibly to make the bow for the bolero). The bows on the chest (4) also come separately and they have pins. Maybe I just pinned it wrong but you can see the pins from the side and the bows fall after being pinned. I decided to remove the pins from mine and sew them on. Also the cross on the bow at the top fell off due to the metal bending somehow on the hook. Nothing of the dress has major issues just tiny inconveniences that can all be fixed by sewing. Also, the bolero does not close itself under the neck, you have to sew it shut (I assume). Once everything is sewn, the dress itself is beautiful but do beware that the dress doesn't immediately come looking like the pictures, you have to assemble it. The dress itself is very accurate to the pictures. Overall shipping and delivery took about 10 days, which is very fast from China. Will definitely buy from here again. <3
