I bought this as my first Petticoat for a sweet Lolita dress. The shipping on it was more than double the actual price of the petticoat but I'd already spent a ridiculous amount of time researching petticoats and I decided to just take the chance. The actual Petticoat itself is decent quality and it has these adjustable metal hoops that adjust the width but not the length. Maybe I misread something but I understood that it was adjustable in length and I even measured the dress ahead of time, yet the petticoat was way too short. I would return it but I'd be losing money if I shipped it back so that I could get a tiny refund. The actual shipping was nice and 42Lolita does seem like a reliable company, but this petticoat just wasn't it for me. I'd also like to mention that they very kindly added in a free gift to my order which was a pleasant surprise after the initial disappointment. They were very cute hair clips that I will be using in the future.

I had to pay extra 30€ to a local shipping company to get this item. I did not know about this and I thought I could do customs clearance through an official Tulli online form, which would have costed less than 10€. However I was not provided the necessary information from the customer service. Customer service should not say that they "can help you with getting the item through customs" if they in fact cannot and one needs to hire a separate company.
OMG, we are so sorry to hear that you even need to hire a local company to do customs clearance for you? To be honest, usually when all the parcels arrive at local customs, the office will inform the customers to go through customs process, such as paying customs fee to release the parcel. This is the first time that we know you need to hire a local company to do customs clearance and we feel so sorry. Actually we also have other customers from your country, so do you mind calling your local customs office to see if they change their customs rules or can customers also do customs clearence by themselves? We will send you a coupon to compensate your loss. We are so sorry about this and appreciate your kind understanding.
