Violently puffy, very stretchy and comfortable. The cotton lining provides a barrier between delicate skin and itchy polyester organza, making it actually bearably to wear in comparation to others without cotton lining. My only problem is the fact that the lining doesn't encompass all the area organza does, making it so that the very edges still touch your skin. Other than that it's great, I can't say anything about the quality since this is my first petticoat I've come to own, but I think it's good.
