its absolutely perfect but the buttons dont hold too well, had to sew them on a bit better as 2 fell of when i wore it out the first time

Honestly a very cute coat but I had a lot of issues with mine.
The buttons were slack and on the verge of falling off even when it first arrived. If it wasn't for me reinforcing them with more thread, it would have just fully fallen off. The pockets had holes in them which I was forced to fix up.
It might have just been my coat that was like this, as overall the coat is very clearly high quality, but still keep that in mind if you're going to get it or anything from this brand.

Lovely Warm Winter Coat

I got a customized coat and it fits very well! The coat has a nice weight and is very warm when buttoned up. The only negatives I have with the coat is the hood is too big to realistically use (although I'm not sure if that was the intention of the coat) and the cape does add too much bulk so I usually wear it detached. For a customized order, I provided my fitted bust, waist, shoulder width, and height. The staff has excellent customer service as usual and helped me verify that the measurements I sent them went through correctly. A very nice winter coat to pair with dresses on cold days :)

Beautiful weighty coat

I'm a huge fan of vintage-looking woolen coats and this peacoat was soo beautiful! A great weight and thickness, VERY warm, flares out beautifully. Sadly the feature I was most excited for, the Victorian-style cape, is not flattering at all due to the fabric thickness. It sticks out from the shoulders and slopes down so that the shoulders look immensely broad. It is detachable via three small buttons around the neckline, so I'm just detaching it and wearing the coat itself!
